2020 wasn’t a great year for toll revenues. As the pandemic hit and people stayed home, toll revenues dropped across the country. Where did it drop most?

But toll revenues didn’t drop everywhere; in fact, a couple entities saw increased revenue in 2020, compared to 2019.
