Job opening rates are down 11.11 percent nationally since last year, according to new data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics this month.
At the state level, rates varied. Kentucky stands out as the state with the greatest increase in job opening rate:

On the other hand, the rest of the states saw moderate to significant decreases, with Pennsylvania as the top state lagging behind.
